The DTE dropped the Data Terminal Ready signal, terminating the call. This only applies to
the RS-232 NIC interface regarding modems on the packetbus. It is recommended by 3COM to use DIPswitch 1 to override the DTR
signal for modems on the packetbus. Total Control Manager may relay this error incorrectly due to it being the default value
until initialized to none(32). Also see User-Request.
