The user sent the escape code set in S2. The modem is configured to disconnect the call when it receives the escape code (found in DIP switch 9/Register S14.0) You may need to reconfigure your application software using S2 to send a different escape code if something seems amiss. There is a third option of disabling +++ detection in Total Control Manager, or you can set S2 to greater than 127.
