Could be a number of reasons for this. Basically the modem hungup abnormally, or rather hungup without
telling the Access Server. Most likely the error message reported by the computer will be most useful in troubleshooting this if this
was reported during/right after the connection, or if it was during the connection it could be a modem/noise related issue. Basically
treat it as you would a normal dropped connection.
