1. Uninstall and reinstall Network, connectoid, and DUN.
2. Check for multiple copies of
iexplore.exe, rename any extra copies that you find.
3. Make sure the correct modem is
selected in the dialer.
4. Reinstall the modem.
5. Send to manufacturer.
