1. Recheck account information, make sure account is not case sensitive (most are), close OE and restart computer before attempting to re-connect. Also set up a different identity and see if OE will allow logon form a different identity with same information.
2. Make sure your account is still active with the ISP and that the ISP is not having an e-mail outage.
