7115 - The OT/PPP logical port is in an unknown state.

1.  Make sure that the correct port is selected for the modem and that the modem is not plugged into the wrong port (ie printer port.).

2.  Make sure appletalk, fax software, or anything else that might use the port is not active.

3.  Try a reboot.
