7124 - TCP/IP is inactive and cannot be loaded.

1.  Open the TCP/IP control panel and make sure that TCP/IP is selected and that it is set to be active when needed. 

2.  Open Apple menu > Control Panels > Extensions Manager. Make sure that if TCP/IP or releated items are in there that they are set to active. 

3.  Try rebooting. 

4.  Try reinstalling OT/PPP.
