7140 - There is a preexisting folder using an OT/PPP folder name and location.

1.  Make sure that any other dialers (FreePPP, ConfigPPP, etc) is disabled in the extensions folder.

2.  Make sure that there are not 2+ copies of OT/PPP installed.

3.  Remove all instances of OT/PPP and reinstall.
