AT: (beginning of most inits) Attention!

&F: Sets the values loaded in the active profile to the values that are set in the default profile.

V1: This command sets the format for information-text and result codes to Word (verbose) format

W1: Enables the CONNECT result codes to report the DTE speed.

X4: Busy and dialtone detection enabled. Result codes 0-7,10 enabled.

&C1: DCD enabled after a carrier signal is detected

&D3: DTR drop causes the modem to be reinitialized

&K3: Enable RTS/CTS flow control

\N3: Auto-reliable or MNP auto-reliable mode

%C3: This command selects the data compression to both MNP5 and v.42bis

S7=60: Wait at least 60 seconds for carrier before discontinuing connection attempt.
