AT: (beginning of most inits) Attention!

&F: Sets the values loaded in the active profile to the values that are set in the default profile.

H0: This command determines that the modem is on-hook (hangs up).

W2: (Extended result codes) sets modem to report CONNECT to DCE rather than DTE.

X4: Busy and dialtone detection enabled. Result codes 0-7,10 enabled

&D3: DTR drop causes the modem to be reinitialized

\J0: Serial port speed remains locked

\N3: Auto-reliable or MNP auto-reliable mode

S7=60: Wait at least 60 seconds for carrier before discontinuing connection attempt.
