Outdated Drivers
Can cause hardware related Errors. Check your PC Drivers now.

Error 650

1.  This is probably a modem error.   In any case, check the connectoid and Network settings.  If they look good then...

2.  Make sure modem is setup properly, try inits, check for updated drivers.

3.  Lower the Fifo buffers.  Lower port speed to 57600, making sure the checkbox to 'only connect at this speed' is unchecked.

4.1  Click Start, goto find, and click files or folders.

4.2  Search for telephon.ini.

4.3  If you find it then rename it to telephon.old or telephon.bad.

4.4  Click on Start, Run, then type tapiini.exe, press Enter.

4.5  Reboot.

5.  Check into line noise.
