1. Are they using ISDN? If so, are
they setup properly on both user and server sides? If not, see if they are
setup improperly for regular dialup.
2. Check their ISDN line, make sure all
devices are hung up and the modem/TA is hooked up properly.
3. Have the telco check the line.
