Error 745

1.  Uninstall and reinstall Dial Up Networking.

*** USE THE FOLLOWING STEP AT YOUR OWN RISK! ***

2.  If it keeps reoccuring...Run regedit and go to the key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > System > CurrentControlSet > Services > RemoteAccess > Authentication > SMM_Files > PPP.  Make sure that "Path"'s value data is RASAPI32.DLL.  Close regedit and do a full uninstall and reinstall of DUN/RAS again.
